Baked PeaNut Bars

The raw peanuts are carefully sorted and roasted mechanically to temperatures of between 97 – 100 0 C at a speed of 13.5 rpm for about 3 – 4 minutes. It is then cooled and hulled to remove the outer covering. After which it is baked together with honey and jaggery which is then shaped into bars and packaged ready for dispatch.
