Freshly washed curry leaves are heated gently in hot cooking oil till ready, followed by chilli powder and then rest of the ingredients in a systematic order. It is then thoroughly blended together, cooled, packed and sealed hermetically.
The raw seeds of Chana dal is soaked in water for about an hour and the deep fried in hot cooking oil until ready. The product is drained, salted and cooled on blotting paper. It is then packed and sealed hermetically ready for dispatch.
